Professional Path

Has strong capabilities in either editing, video production or scriptwriting (and great potential on the skills they are lacking experience in). Can handle design and animation in small well-defined projects and execute them in the monday values, look and feel. Can be a secondary designer in big projects. Entry-level role, no role cycles, up to one year.

Experienced Video Creator

Professional Path

Can take projects from A-Z – (planning, storytelling, design and animation) while knowing when and how to raise flags. Leads medium projects and takes part in core complex projects. Role cycles within the role:  Minimum of 2 role cycles as a secondary designer as well as a core role in different domains. The goal: work in different dynamics, and as different role requirements and gain experience in succeeding in any type of team. success in 2 domains and showing leadership skills can prepare for a leading role as a senior designer in a domain. Extra duties: buddy, team events, cross design projects.

Independence and complexity

Plays a significant part of core projects. Has multiple areas of responsibility. Becoming an expert and constantly improving on those areas.

Professional Path

Leader and influencer in the design team and the entire company. Can take many missions upon itself and can easily move between projects. Knows and dictates the monday design language and values. Leads core projects and takes part in company-wide goals. Role cycles within the role: Minimum of 3 role cycles as a lead designer in different domains and leading a minimum of 3 cross-design efforts. The goal: gain a strategic overview of different angels of monday,  lead in different dynamics and challenges, experimenting as a leader to understand the future path as a manager or IC. Extra duties: trainer, lead cross-design projects, perform design review, interviews.

Independence and complexity

Is the solution person. Makes things happen, is able to simplify, and “translate” complex demands into an “easy” solution. Syncs and gets everyone in the loop. Managed mainly on a personal level. Leads a core project end to end. Taking part in strategy and roadmap, capable of decision making based on company business strategy.
