  • Understand the user’s pain points, interests, and how to improve our value proposition using content and design
  • Data-driven – analyzes and optimizes the user journey, and user behavior to find opportunities and improve conversation rates
  • Marketing assets – experience with building emails using html, working with marketing automation platform defining segmentation and personalization of campaigns
