Lead large projects and manage different projects leveling with a high level approach ,make design decisions prioritizing for other team members and make the final call for high risk decisions while maintaining BTD considerations.
Drive and maintain outsource designers to deliver complex projects solutions, manage financial, technical and design decisions within internal and external teams.
