Academic Partnerships Manager

Professional Path

Manages the day-to-day activities and relationships with academic institutions. Creates new relationships at a small-medium scale and manages them based on the team’s GTM plan.

Internal impact and collaboration

Connects with peers and members of other teams. Knows how to make an impact on the partners group’s agenda and overall goals.

Senior Academic Partnerships Manager

Professional Path

Manages a portfolio of medium-large partners, end-to-end, from research and recruitment, through onboarding and leading impactful activities together with the partners. Leverages product and business skills to support the partners. Helps develop new partnerships and methods to help scale the program.

Internal impact and collaboration

Connects with stakeholders, peers and members of other teams. Knows how to make an impact on the client facing groups.

Behaviors

  • Collaborates with different teams on high impact projects, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages
  • Becomes the key focal point for problem solving in the region

Professional Path

Manages a portfolio of mostly strategic partners, and works with them on executing highly impactful activities that support the scale of our program. Develops new methods (or improves existing ones) for partner recruitment and management in the region.

Connects with stakeholders from other teams and can shift agendas (operations,finance, BB, product, etc.)

Behaviors

  • Helps other team members with finding creative solutions to challenges
  • Impacts other teams on a daily basis, a go to person in the education space
