Manages the day-to-day activities and relationships with academic institutions. Creates new relationships at a small-medium scale and manages them based on the team’s GTM plan.
Connects with peers and members of other teams. Knows how to make an impact on the partners group’s agenda and overall goals.
Mostly follows pre-defined procedures. Creates new partnerships and manages existing (but fairly simple) ones. Leads the daily activities with the partners with the help of their team members or manager.
Autonomous execution, in a pre-defined space where most of the challenges are known. Requires assistance in planning and setting goals.
Builds and maintains fairly simple new relationships.
Has advanced product knowledge and ordinary sales processes. Knows how to build complex workflows with monday.com.
2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
Manages a portfolio of medium-large partners, end-to-end, from research and recruitment, through onboarding and leading impactful activities together with the partners. Leverages product and business skills to support the partners. Helps develop new partnerships and methods to help scale the program.
Connects with stakeholders, peers and members of other teams. Knows how to make an impact on the client facing groups.
Contributes to building new processes and procedures. Creates new types of partnerships. Manages some strategic relationships. Has the ability to combine strategic thinking and strong execution to deliver against plans.
Autonomous execution of all activities, with some unknowns; May require assistance in planning and setting goals.
Builds and maintains new and more complex relationships.
Has advanced knowledge of the different partners types. Knows the main competitors and the differences between the different tools.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Manages a portfolio of mostly strategic partners, and works with them on executing highly impactful activities that support the scale of our program. Develops new methods (or improves existing ones) for partner recruitment and management in the region.
Connects with stakeholders from other teams and can shift agendas (operations,finance, BB, product, etc.)
Plans and executes projects end to end, and sets their individual KPIs. Manages mostly strategic relationships.
Completely autonomous in execution of all activities and setting individual KPIs. Still requires assistance in getting all resources.
Builds mostly strategic relationships with partners. Has the ability to resolve team-level issues.
Has advanced knowledge of the different partner types in the education industry. Understands well the competitive landscape and complementary tools. Knows several different sales methodologies.
4-6 years of relevant prof. experience.
Manages the most strategic partners portfolio and the highest-impact activities. Develops the GTM plan for the region including timelines and KPIs in addition to executing on it. Becomes the expert in the field and the go-to person for any aspect of academic partnerships in the region.
Knows how to add new items on others’ agendas, while being considered a go-to person in the education space.
Can lead and execute highly complex projects; adapts new approaches to develop new relationships. Sets the KPIs and GTM for the region.
Autonomous in planning the region’s GTM plan, KPIs, timelines, and required outcomes in addition to executing on it.
Knows how to shift roadmaps/agendas of partners. Builds meaningful relationships with the different stakeholders.
Knows the ecosystem and the GTM of the different players in it. Knows the tool well to all of its parts (including basic technical knowledge).
5-7 years of relevant prof. experience.
Manages the day-to-day activities of the Academic Partnerships team and while still maintaining some strategic partnerships. Creates the GTM plan for the team and helps team members succeed and hit their KPIs.
Knows to add new items on others’ agendas, while being considered a go-to person in the education space. Has full influence on their team’s day-to-day activities and impact on group results.
Can lead and execute highly complex projects; adapts new approaches to develop new relationships. Helps team members set their KPIs.
Autonomous in planning the team’s GTM plan, KPIs, timelines, and required outcomes in addition to executing on it. Still requires some assistance in getting all resources.
Knows how to shift roadmaps/agendas of our partners; Builds meaningful relationships with different stakeholders.

4-6 years of relevant prof. experience
Manages a multi-functional team. Setting yearly goals and strategic GTM plans. Creates the GTM plan for the team and helps team members succeed and hit their KPIs. Identifies cross-company opportunities and ensures alignment towards the group goals. Generates new ideas, opportunities, and innovations to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth for the group. Drives the most impactful direction and mentorship to ensure the success of the group members.
Connects with other executives in the company, gets on their agenda, and secures resources from them. Has full influence on its group’s day-to-day and impact on mid-term as well as long-term results. Has an impact on the company’s results.
Knows how to manage multiple agendas and programs; leads and executes highly complex or specialized projects that constantly change and evolve; comes up with new approaches to develop new relationships.
Autonomous in setting KPIs, end-to-end planning and getting all resources, and executing all things related.
Being well known in the education industry. Has a substantial network in an industry/area of expertise. Knows how to shift roadmaps and secure resources.
Masters the ecosystem activities, historical moves, and their influence on the business.
5-7 years of relevant prof. experience.
