Leads monday.com’s global initiatives in that area while contributing to the whole organization with direct impact on the team’s KPIs. Acts as a consultant at the company level on a specific field as well as contributing to large and strategic accounts and partnerships. Responsible for building, structuring, and maintaining the infrastructure, methodologies and best practices of monday.com’s PS practice
Acts as the “go-to person” in the Technical/Consulting domain. Coordinates and supervises the activities of peer experts from these groups. Leads various activities and motivates the team to succeed while supporting the team’s management. Demonstrates the monday.com culture in their day-to-day interactions with other peers and stakeholders in the company.
Acts as the go-to person in the company for any subject matter related to PS practices and the monday.com product. Responsible for building, shaping, and maintaining best practices and methodologies in the area of expertise.

Owners the entire delivery in the group, internally and through partners. Leads and defines the PS best practices and methodologies internally and to our partner’s ecosystem, including the solution partners. Responsible for the entire operational aspects of the group in order to support the group’s KPIs.
Defines the overall service partners’ strategy, vision, and execution. Responsible for the global service partners portfolio from enablement, delivery, and growth, while ensuring strong relationships and quality.
