Enablement Manager

Professional Path

The Enablement Manager is responsible for creating and driving enablement initiatives across our Partners Group. They create the content, processes, practices and tools needed to support partners throughout the entire sale process. In addition, lead online training for new partners and group members on sales techniques and monday workflows. Plan individual and group-level training and workshops on a regular basis.

Senior Enablement Manager

Professional Path

The Senior Enablement Manager is responsible for building world-class Sales Enablement practices, including partners and other group members training and enablement. In addition, they are responsible for the training of the strategic partners, and overseeing training objectives and execution improvement. Analyzes external enablement programs and feedback received from partners in order to optimize the learning experience and offering. Sets clear KPIs for each enablement activity and is responsible for tracking and maintaining it over time. Mentors and supports other team members.

May be responsible for entire projects or processes within the job area. Contributes to the completion of work group objectives, through building relationships and consensus to reach agreements on assignments.

Enablement Team Lead

Professional Path

Manages and builds a team of enablement managers and learning content writers with primary responsibility for the strategy, planning, and execution of team KPIs to support and enable partners. Responsible for the team’s execution from all the scale education to delivery, and assuring successful delivery while building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners in order to constantly optimize the delivery.

Strongly influences the design of new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy with a significant impact on functional results. Provides leadership and direction through strategic thinking and examples for success to enablement and content managers.

  • Sees the “biggest picture” of the group and concentrating knowledge and best practices in a specific area of expertise to support the team’s goals and KPIs
  • Fosters personal relationships with peers from the partner’s group, members of other teams in the company and with partners

Global Enablement Director

Professional Path

Builds a team of enablement, learning content ,trainers and Partners Success managers, while directly managing the team leads. Has full responsibility and ownership on building the strategy, planning, and execution of all enablement aspects of the partners group and ensuring they are meeting their KPIs. Owns the entire monday.com partnership group enablement arm while leading and structuring the practices around Partners Success within the organization. Responsible for the group operational aspect including P&L, legal, financial, team structure, hiring, growth and development for the entire group.

Internal impact and collaboration

Defines the team’s strategic goals. Works closely with the client-facing teams and execs in different regions/expertise on cross teams alignment, collaboration, projects and initiatives. Leads and defines the group’s strategy and KPIs to support monday.com’s primary delivery arm. Culture influencer, leads by example, accountable for the culture in their domain.
