The learning content writer digital content for product and partners’ training based on research conducted by them according to deadlines.

Internal impact and collaboration

Primarily collaborates with SMEs on creating content and learning materials for the group members and our partners, based on needs shared by the partners.

  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with the Knowledge Base and Product teams, and constantly syncs with them on relevant activities

Projects and issues faced are of medium-level complexity. Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements to the content, to improve the effectiveness of their field.

  • Able to write educational content based on needs, with some guidance
  • Tracks all platform changes and improvements, including new releases. Identifies and prioritizes which should be updated

Executes allocated tasks according to predefined timelines and priorities.

Senior Learning Content Writer

Professional Path

The SLCW identifies needs for content and initiates new projects based on them. The SLCW will identify the right SME to create new digital content with, for product and partners’ training purposes, based on research conducted by them. They will take raw content, identify the right target audience, and build the message and content accordingly, bringing significant impact on the final outcome.

Internal impact and collaboration

responsible for projects or processes end to end within their field. Contributes to the completion of the group’s work objectives, through building relationships with relevant stakeholders within the organization and monitoring progress.

  • Provides professional guidance and mentorship for other content writers
  • Trains team members on new solutions and new features
  • Engages with Product Managers and CXS on new solutions to create and adjust lessons and learning materials for partners on an ongoing basis

Projects and issues faced are of high-level complexity. Knows how to make improvements to existing content or create new material with significant impact based on partners’ feedback gathered and analyzed by them.

Manages and builds a team of enablement managers and learning content writers with primary responsibility for the strategy, planning, and execution of team KPIs to support and enable partners. Responsible for the team’s execution from all the scale education to delivery, and assuring successful delivery while building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners in order to constantly optimize the delivery.
