Takes full execution ownership end to end. Has a full understanding of the content plan, knows what needs to be done in order to get to a high level of the requirement.

Leader and influencer in the Startup for Startup team and the entire company. Can take many missions upon itself and can easily move from projects. Knows and dictates the monday narrative and values. Leads core projects and takes part in company-wide goals.
Is the solution person. Makes things happen, is able to simplify, and “translate” complex demands into an “easy” solution. Syncs and gets everyone in the loop. Managed mainly on a personal level. Leads a core project end-to-end. Takes part in strategy and roadmap, capable in decision-making based on company business strategy.

Their actions and execution have a halo effect. Their behavior and actions turn them into the professional go-to – people want to work with them, listen to their advice, and take an example from them.
