Has strong capabilities in scriptwriting, voice-over, and video production. Can take on projects from A to Z and deliver quality videos within tight deadlines. This role would be by an external employee with at least 1-year experience in video creation.

Professional skills

Understands all the steps in the video-making process and is able to take on any self-service video from start to finish.

Product knowledge

Understands the product and can create videos for any product area.

  • Ability to learn new things and sharing them with the team
  • Ask questions and is willing to learn

Positive communicator and raises flags when needed.

Senior Video Creator

The senior video creator must have at least 2+ years of experience as a video creator at monday.com. This person must have a deep understanding of who we are as a brand and must be able to look at the macro level of things.

Professional skills

Excellent video creator that can asset himself/herself as a leader within the team. Can participate in strategic projects such as monthly planning, hiring, training new team members, and more.

  • Can create any type of self-service video and delivers quality work with fast execution
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to peer’s work
  • Takes part in hiring and onboarding processes
  • Responsible of our processes and strive to constantly improve them
  • Works closely with the manager in defining the monthly planning

Product knowledge

Mentor within the team and acknowledged as a company expert.
